Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
